If your hair is unclean your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Must have 5+ inches of hair in order for me to braid Braiding hair is provided in the service PLEASE make sure you fill out the after booking form, WHEN BOOKING A SPECIAL HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED. PLEASE DO NOT bring any extra guests with you, if you do YOU BOTH WILL BE ASKED TOO LEAVE. If you are booking an appointment for your 5 to 15 year old you are allowed to sit with them (female only). Also if you are under 17 please have an adult book and contact me about your appointment. I am a HOME BASED stylist therefore the address will be sent the day before your appointment. If you are sick please cancel or reschedule your appointment. TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE IF I APPROVE THE DISTANCE/ travel price may vary I require a $25 deposit the deposit is NON refundable unless it’s an inconvenience on my end. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify TheBratZHouse at 224-517-8880 as soon as possible to reschedule.
